@Tom S. Great advice and that the plan is to buy rental properties for long term to build wealth. I am just trying to learn and get my feet wet while we wait to lease and refinance the house.

Any advice and tips before starting my wholesaling business? I been getting educated for about 9 months mostly BP. I will make my first deal next month since we are putting our current house for lease and then refinance and cash out, we have about 80-90k in equity and from there we are still thinking if we should use that money for our personal business or just keep putting that money in RE but while that happens I need to take action and wholesaling seems to be the way since right now we don’t have enough capital to flip and buy rental properties which I know that’s what it’s going to take us to financial independence.

Thanks in advance

@Bjorik Mutize yes it’s an asset that I will use to get into this business and buy more assets also this is what got me thinking about real estate investing. It’s an eye opener.

@Christina J. We did though about it to keep the house and just rent it but we have credit card debt so by selling the house we will eliminate al the debt and keep the rest to get into flipping. The purpose is to be financial independent and quit our 8-5 jobs.

Ok so I am in the process of leaning RE investing, my plan is to sell my residential home (3rooms 2 bath) to get into real estate since we need a bigger house due to 4 kids, my wife and I. We bought the house on 2014 for 99k it was in good conditions we only replace the AC compresor and right now it’s worth 175k we own 88k leaving us with 87k minus closing cost. My question is should I consider this my first deal when we sell the house?
