What to do when a flip won’t/doesn’t sell?
What options does an investor have when a rehabbed house will not or does not sell within the estimated time? How do you deal with holding costs that exceed estimates?
Thank you

Well you either reduce your profits or you refi and turn it into a rental, wait to sell.
