Hi Bigger Pockets Members, I hope everyone is doing well. I am a new real estate investor and by trade I am a Cyber Security Professional and I am looking to break into the real estate rehab & flip market in the Northern Virginia areas. Also, I am looking for a REI / mentor in the local market here that I can learn from and gain experience from, while I provide my professionalism, hard work ethic and sweat equity. I am very motivated, I learn quick and I am very resourceful, and if anyone has any suggestions, points of contact or any other advice for a newbie, please feel free to reach out to me. Sincerely, Mike Nijhawan
