@James Wise Thank you I’ll take a look!

Looking to invest in Cleveland Ohio, any agent referrals would be great :)

@Casey Powers thank you so much for that detailed insight. Definitely inspired me to do some more research.

Want to use rental calculator here on BP but I have no info of the water/sewage/electricity/trash etc bills of the property. How can I determine these things? Are they appropriate questions to ask the current owner of the property? First time buyer I am.

My market here in Seattle is very expensive, searching for first deal locally as well as abroad. Vegas seems appealing, cheap houses, rent part of house monthly, airbnb near strip. Does anyone have any insight about investing here? Experiences/Stories/insight anything would be helpful.

@Stacey Cook Where’s your market!? That’s so great!

I’ve found while looking for properties to brrrr the houses are usually distressed. Not an issue, however I get nervous looking at houses pre-1980’s. Can anyone offer any tips or advice in rehabbing older houses? Lead paint/asbestos I’ve heard can be an expensive bill, how expensive?
I really would like some examples of what makes up someone’s market. Struggling to define what “my market” is here in Seattle Wa, or more specifically Kent Wa just outside Seattle.
