Hello BP community! 

Are any of you adding any type of technolgy upgrades into your flips? If so, what are you doing or is this a waste of money and not really a value add for resale?

Nest type thermostats, keyless deadbolts, connected smoke alarms, wireless cameras, bluetooth items, USB ports, etc.

Yeah, I don't do as nice of houses as @Shawn Ward, but that is the basic idea, I think. Nice house get nicer finishes and upgrades.
