No pressure in the plumbing lines
Hi,
I am looking at a HUD home I am interested in, but the PCR states under plumbing "could not completely blow out or pressurize lines." Does anyone know the most likely reason for this and how much it may cost to fix? Is it worth investigating, or should I move on?
Thanks you!

Yeah, most likely cause is: Somebody stole the copper pipes!
