Should I wholesale this property or fix and flip it
I'm a licensed agent in PA and I have recently bought a property in Philadelphia at a class C neighborhood, I paid 29 k for it and the ARV 89 to 100 k.
Im not sure if I should fix it ( cost about 17 k )
Or just clean it and list it for 55 k and make quick profit.
Note: my brother is a contract but he is busy at this time , that why I'm debating.
What are you thoughts?

Have you considered cleaning it up and renting it out?
