Hi everyone I’m new to Bigger Pockets
Hello everyone I’m new to bigger pocket. I guess I am still taken back by all the information here. It’s a bit overwhelming. I’m still trying to navigate my way through and figure out which direction I want to start. I have found a lot of the members on bigger pockets are in their 20 to 40s starting out. I was wondering about the late 40s to 50 year olds. I hear a lot about fixer uppers and rehabs etc but I think the reality is you do have to be in somewhat of strong physical health if you want to do that. I wanted to hear from people on their strategies suggestions on older people starting out of even physical with physical disabilities?
