Live in Flip-Houston, TX

Hi Everyone,

I am currently in search of a property in Houston, Tx that I can live in and flip over the course of the next couple years. I plan to do most the work myself. I was hoping you guys could provide some guidance on where might be the best areas around Houston to do this. I will be using a conventional loan, up to 250k. I would also love to hear some of your stories, what to look out for during the flip, what mistakes to avoid. Any bit of information, big or small, is helpful.
