Hi there All!

I am currently in escrow on a multifamily property in the Houston area.  Looking for a good draftsman and construction contacts (HVAC, painting, electrical, landscaping, plumbing, handyman).  Also looking for a part-time community manager.  Appreciate any info you can share!
