Storing vinyl flooring in the cold

I just bought about 800 square feet of luxury vinyl flooring on sale. I won't actually be using it for a couple months. I could carry it all into the basement of the property, where it will be closer to the heater and stay above freezing. Or, I could just put it all in the garage which is not heated. I know I need to let the flooring warm up over a couple days before I install it, but is there any danger in storing it in the cold for an extended period of time? I'm in Central Wisconsin, so it stays pretty cold during these months.

@Samuel Bavido look on the box, or call the manufacturer. I wouldn't take anyone's word for it other than the company who manufactures it.
