When it rains it pours! 3 Properties under contract!

The market here in Syracuse is a little tighter than in years past and while there are some properties for sale, they have been selling for 5-10% more than I am willing.  I don't know whether to attribute it to more flipping competition or guys willing to work for less.  It doesnt help that the Than Merrill/Fortune Builders flipping class ads are on the radio and tv around the clock.  Just recently I saw another man and woman pushing there flipping class on tv too.

I probably looked at 15 properties and made offers on about 7 in November, December and the first couple weeks of January with no luck in getting anything under contract.  It was very frustrating and I think I was wearing out my agent!  Also, I use my own employees and If I didnt get anything soon we would be out of work.  Well things started coming together a couple weeks ago and I now have 3 properties under contract to flip.  I should close on one next week and the other 2 mid month.

Just shows persistence pays off!
