Internet Providers for Flip Houses

Hey all flippers out there. My friend and I have purchased our first flip property and we were thinking about using one of the self install security systems and cameras to secure the property during the rehab. We specifically have chosen the IRIS system from Lowe's. It needs an active internet connection to function properly. I was wondering if you guys had any experience dealing with ISP's and working out custom deals? Most of the basic plans they offer require a 12 month contract, or early termination fee (high enough that it would not be economical to do for multiple houses a year). I thought about using an old cellphone as a hot-spot, but would prefer a more reliable hardwired internet solution, as it is for the security system. Any ideas? Thanks!
