Hi Tony - I'm in the same situation.  I'm a NC Realtor.  I'm getting started wholesaling ...but like you...wanting to make sure I do the right thing.

I will be partnering with someone who does not have a licence.  Do they have to disclose that their business partner has a licence?  If I will be a part of the purchase?

What if they do the mailings (signed by them) and answer the phone?

Wow - You have certainly kept your eye on the prize @Keith Bloemendaal .  Way to go!  So many people would just hang their head and dwell on a job loss...not you....what a blessing!

For some reason I had a couple colleagues showing up twice on my colleagues list.  So deleted one - and it deleted both of them.  I went to send another request to get them back on my list but it shows we are already connected.  Any suggestions on how to fix this?

It is always nice to be able to see what will fit....instead of assume it won't fit.  :)  Stage it with compact ikea type items.
