Side by side double, thin wall, no insulation between. Tenant found bird in basement...we thought we heard noises in the walls....yep, birds in wallss shared between 2 units and the 1st /basement shared floor.

How do I get em out?

Can't see a point of entry....how do I keep em out?

obviously you have 'space' between those two walls. Probably a plumbing stack in there. Best way to find all holes and cracks is to fill cavity with colored smoke and watch in attic space where it leaks out.

The birds are in the attic space???Keep them out of there is an obvious strategy.

Heard one time guy could not figure out how bats got in and out of attic. Sat in a lawn chair at dark time and was amazed they were coming out from under his shingles. A similar watch and see where they are entering exiting from. Use binoculars for a better view.

this sounds more like bats than birds. Lock them out now,,,less poop in the walls the better. A nest of young makes ALOT of poop.

All else fails call 'Billy the Exterminator',,,he can fix anything,,lol!!!! What a crock of a show.
