Best way to structure budget proposal
Hey guys- not sure this is the ideal forum for this- but was the best I could think of.
Due Monday is a proposal for the budget/rehab plan for a 5plex I am buying. We are using a rehab loan. I've got all my data and am pretty confident in it. However, not sure the best way to show it to the bank.
Any suggestions?
