How much do you pay your tile guy?

I have a 2,500 sq ft duplex that I want to put tile in throughout. It will go in every single room.

How much do you guys pay your guys to lay tile? The lowest I've been quoted is $2.00 per sq ft.

Thanks in advance for your help.

$2 is usually crap work in my experience. I found a great guy at $2.50. That's labor + thinset. Board, float, tile, grout, prep all extra.
