Any Canadians rehabbed & flipped in USA?

As more I think about what type of strategy I want to get into with real estate investing, Rehabbing and Flipping seems to be pulling on me to explore further.

Being Canadian (Vancouver, BC), I know it's tough enough to rehab in your own neighborhood, nevermind doing it out of the country.  But I know anything is possible. I wanted to listen to any of you Canadian's here who have done flips from across the border and the journey you've been through.

1) How many flips have you done?

2) What state did you flip in?

3) How did you build your team?

4) What's one thing you would pass on to help someone who wants to get started?

5) Are you still currently flipping?

Thank you for all of you taking your time to share your story.  I hope this post can also help other Canadians (or foreigners) looking to flip / rehab in the United States.
