Hello All:

This is a Litmus Test on how? the IRS determines an Independent Contractor Status ie 1099 for newbies here in BP, here is the link:

My attempt is to bring awareness and I'm not here to offer Expert Opinion on this subject matter. Consider consulting your CPA before you take action.

I urge active BP Members here who are Tax Specialist/CPA's and familiar with Real Estate and 1099 to Moderate this Post going forward.
