Hello,

I was hoping to get some recommendations for hard money/rehab lenders for properties in MA.

Also, any companies that loan to individuals as well as entities?

Thanks,
Steph

    Hi Steph,

Brookview Financial does rehab loans in MA. http://www.brookviewfinancial.com/

For hard money there is a gentleman on this site located in Springfield, MA who does hard money loans, his name is Joel Soforenko.

Also, Ann Bellamy, who runs the Boston REIA does hard money loans. Her website is http://www.buynowhardmoney.com/

Hopefully one of those will work out for you.
