Who Do I Take With Me To A Property Inspection?

Hi Guys! I need some guidance in the right direction. If I need to inspect and do due diligence on a property. Who are the people I will need to call out? Will I get one of an electrician, plumber, landscaper etc to come and have a look? Or will I get a general builder to come and give me an estimate before I get more specific people out to give exact quotes? Any assistance will be greatly appreciated!
