How does insurance work with flipping

Hey, a few questions regarding insurance with flipping

1) Is there a particular insurance coverage that I need if I am flipping a house over the course of a few months?  Or is standard homeowner's insurance allowed?

2) If a property is bought that is not in great condition, will insurers sometimes not cover those types of properties?

@Ryan Moore you will most likely need a "builders risk" policy.  It will be more expensive but you will be protected.
