Favorite new tool for productivity?

Does anybody have a new favorite tool recommendation? I recently purchased two that I feel have been game changers in terms of doing the same job, but faster. One was a cordless finish nailer. No more lugging around the compressor and hoses. I love it. The other was a dewalt laser that I recently bought to do some simple framing. So much easier than using a level. I find myself leaning towards any tool that makes the job faster.

Powered screw driver for random handy work and tinkering. Don't know why I waited so long to buy one!
