I'd love to network and share ideas with anyone who already invests, or is looking to invest in Fayetteville, NC and/or surrounding areas. I'm a local here and would like to see what everyone else out there is interested in doing, or is already doing for that matter!

Fayetteville is a fairly easy area to invest in. I'm about to close on my 4th rental there.

Flipping has become super competitive but people are still cranking out profits, MLS property yields must be a bit tighter than in the past but money is to be made in all parts of the cycle.
