Has anyone encountered a problem like this?
I currently have a house under contract in a good market in Florida but I am trying to decide whether or not it is worth it. The house has some structural issues on the exterior, mainly what appears to be the actual stucco crumbling, possibly due to a rotten frame. Has anyone seen this? Is it fixable? What can something like that possibly run to fix? Thanks!
