Monthly *expected* Expenses on a Flip

Hey BP!
I'm starting to get the urge to flip houses. I've done a lot of research and have actually done a "live-in flip" (took 5 years, oops). So anyway, on a traditional flip, I'm trying to do my numbers and one thing that is eating at me is estimating the normal, expected monthly expenses such as electric, gas, sewer, trash. I'm not sure what all I should be paying for and how to keep track of it all. Any advice?
