House taking longer than expected to paint, and a few other issue
Hello, I am from Ohio. We bought a older bigger home. And we had to do the whole thing where we had to get a contractor for our exterior paint was chipping. Anyways we were suppose to close in August last year and we had it planned out to be painted in late August. Well we didn't close till late November. Anyways painting season is finally upon us but there is alot of exterior that still needs to be replaced (Its on its way in a few weeks) Our project as been delayed. And this puts us way behind our deadline. The one lady we have been dealing with sounded upset. But she exactly isn't all there either. She kept contacting us in the middle of winter when it was below freezing and would say stuff like are you going to start this week on painting?
Is there any issues with requesting a extension? Any advice anyone can give us?

Gather contact info - Customer Service? - for the major paint manufacturers, give a copy to the banker(s) and tell them, "If you don't believe me, ask these folks. They're the experts."
