As I mentioned several weeks ago, I am writing a book, "Female Flippers Tell All: Overcoming Challenges and Dispelling the Myths of Flipping Houses."

@Billie Miller you dodged a bullet there!

I dealt with a lot of females in my job as a GC, some in management, some in construction. If any guy doubts a females ability, avoid that person at all costs.
