First Flip in NJ - Funding Advice Needed!
Hi all,
I'm just getting started in my real estate journey and believe I found a my first project! My question to the community is - can anyone in the NJ area recommend a portfolio or private lender with low/reasonable interest rates they have personally worked?
Thanks for all your help in advance!

To fund a flip you are generally looking at either using private funds (cash from yourself family or friends etc) or a hard money lender (9-12% interest rate and 1-3 points at closing). Traditional banks generally don't lend on flips.
