Quality of materials going into a rehab

If I have a house with an ARV of $150,000 I know that I'm not going to go in there and put in marble countertops and crystal chandeliers. So how do I know what is too much and what is too little in terms of what materials am I putting into my house?

Hi @Josh Fernandez - If there are any houses for sale in the area, or any open houses in the area you can check those out and see what others are doing and what is expected in that neighborhood. That should give you a feel of what's expected.
