Hello, evreyone I hope you guys are having a good day.

My friend and I are going to create a company to flip houses together. We were planning to create an LLP. My question si would this work? I know very well and we have the same goals in mind and everything. We were planning to divide the profits in half. 50/50. I just want to here some advice. Thank You.
