Hi guys I am a real estate agent. I specialize in single family deals, however i don't know anything about Multi family, big apartment complexes.

Through my network i have a buyer who is looking for a deal and I have some apartments for sale as well. My questions is. Does anybody here have any experience with this kind of deals? If anybody can point me to the right direction please let me know.

Thank you
