Is anyone doing prehabs in Indy?

Is anyone on here doing Pre-habs in Indianapolis?  I love all of the early 1900s homes, but am too green to take on major repairs.  Does anyone buy the properties and fix some of the major things to pass on to other rehabers at a profit?  I would love to get something that has already had the plumbing and electric updated and foundation stabilized.  Please message me if you are doing this, or know of someone who is.  Thanks BP Community!

@Samantha Soto we do some prehab properties in Indy but once we start the projects we might as well continue to realize the entire profit. Who would continue the work for you to complete the project? I'm happy to discuss additional in a PM to see if I can assist.
