I"m doing a rehab on a Historical property. Instead of replaceing the windows I thought about just repairing them if the windows are still in good shape and they just need alittle fixing up paint wood puddy maybe a weight fixed. what is everyones thoughts about trying to save the windows. I'm not worried about replaceing them I set that in my budget to be around $6,000 repairing them might only cost $2,000 would you guys think people would be more interested in having the original windows in instead of newer ones. I"m not sure if you can even replace those windows with insulated ones. whats everyones thoughts.
