What is a standard project management fee for a rehab

I'm planning on using a project manager for the first time to oversee a rehab for a buy and hold property.  How much approximately should I expect to pay for the PM to oversee all facets of the rehab including managing multiple subs? Is flat fee or % of labor+ materials the norm?

Thank you for any feedback provided.
