Thanks for the response @Account Closed.   It seems the issue with ListSource is they don't provide building owner info, only unit owners info.  Have you used these tools to find MF building owner info?  It looks like RealQuest Pro might actually use ListSource for their RE lists.  

What are some of the techniques you use, when obtaining MF lists, to filter out owner occupied units? I noticed that ListSource gives a lot of individual unit owner info in their MF lists when I search for building with 2-100 units. I only want the building owner info.
