Im currently getting prices to renovate a 5 by 8 bathroom. The bathroom room is currently gutted and i have all the materials needed to complete the job at the job site (tile, toilet, sink, vaity, fixtures, bath tub, etc.) Im looking tile the all of the bathroom room top to bottom, floors included, install fixtures, etc.  Im located on long island and the prices im getting seem to be too high.  I have spoken to  random house flippers in my area and they were paying less than the prices i have gotten.  I asked to use there guys, but they would not help me out.  How much should i be paying in labor for this particular project  (by insured workers)
