Lead paint abatement grant money?
Hi all,
Don't have a property in mind for this but thinking ahead. If I bought say a 20 unit in MA/NH that needed de-leading what kind of grant money is out there?
Are the grants guaranteed or can you be refused?
Is there a portion that I have to pay?
Who pays for the tenants to live in a hotel?
Are there any other strings attached I.e other code improvements required?
I've read something about tenant
income being looked at?
Anyone on here successfully do something similar?
