Looking for subs in Boston/North Shore

Hello all,

I am currently looking to buy my second flip and am working to find new subs to try to increase my profit margin on flip #2. The first one went well but I felt like I was paying/being quoted full consumer rates so I ended up doing more of the work than I wanted to thus increasing the time it took to complete. If anyone has good plumber, electrician, carpenter HVAC recommendations I would really appreciate it. After doing a lot of the work on #1 I have learned a lot and know which jobs save a lot of money and which jobs are simply not worth it.
