@Iesha Padilla I don't know the laws in your area but I would be very careful having a tenant handling things. Why not find a professional property manager?

@George Philbrook  An ozone generator is also a great tool to have.  One of the secrets from the fire restoration people.  We use those consistently.

search for auctioneer in your state in google.  Most auction houses have a website where they list their auctions.
