I'm a newbie to this area I've been living here for the past two years. Would like to find relators and brokers to invest with in the Sacramento roseville Rocklin granite bay Folsom and general Sacramento area. I've got hard money and enough to buy few houses in the range of 300k-400k and I would like to rehab and sell it. Please let me know if you have any recommendation for some good relators and brokers in this area

We are several guys that are looking to buy houses and flip them in the New York area. We have the money (cash) and some other options like financing. Any recommendations for hot and good areas to look in to? Any good real estate agents or brokers you know or recommend? Would love to have some tips.

Pratik P. Where would you hold up these meetings? I thought about finding a partner I know that eduction is usually cost money and there'a no free lunch in this world. Anyway I'd love to get more information

Hey I'm a newbie to the rehabbing and flipping industry but my goal is to flip a house in the next six to eight months. I don't have a lot of knowledge and I was wondering if any of you BP followers can share some of your knowledge with me? I have the cash to invest but I'm just not sure if to try do it by my own or try to find an experienced partner to follow me in the first deal.
