Should we use an LLC or an S-Corp?
Hi,
My friend and I are forming a company to begin flipping houses. We're going to generate leads via direct mail and cold calling. My question is, should we do business under an LLC or S-Corp? What do most flippers do? Please let me know your opinion and reasons why you use one over the other.
Thank you,
Neil
