How much of a discount on synthetic stucco home can I expect?

The main point of my question is should I expect to discount my sale price on synthetic stucco if I am pricing against other homes of brick or hardyplank siding so that I overcome the synthetic stucco concerns. The house I am considering purchasing has a stucco bond and seems to have been well cared for. It needs lots of updates on the interior but is solid on the outside. Thoughts or concerns on resale of synthetic stucco?
