General Contractor Itemized list

I'm about to do my first walk-through of a gutted property with a contractor, but was wondering if anyone would be willing to share their general contractor itemized document that they have their contractors fill out?  I've never done a flip before and this would be very beneficial for me.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you!!

I walk properties with a camera and roll of painter's tape, and flag everything I see wrong, and take a pic, with my contractor by my side taking notes. Then they can fix the punch list, and I have a record of what is wrong.
