@Ned Carey  I am dealing with a contractor right now that a friend gave a referral for.  It is a friend I have had more than 20 years.  We have actually vacationed in Russia together.  The people he recommended did not do anything right.  It is going to have to be 100% redone.  I joke with him that this must be paybacks for not having hot water in one of the hotels I picked in Russia.

Sometimes you just have to laugh.
