Hell,

Can anyone suggest a good source to find accurate absentee owner's phone number and or addresses? Most of my yellow letters are returned and the phone numbers I find on White pages are incorrect.

I have been very unsuccessful in locating a homeowner of an abandoned property. I have used the people search sites online and none are accurate. Can anyone offer some suggestions on how I can track down this homeowner? Thanks

Has anyone had any success with probate lists? Or any advice on which is the best list to use to get the best deals.
