Flooring for rental property

Looking for opinions. I just got a rental property that will require all new paint and flooring. Was thinking of going with luxury vinyl waterproof flooring with lifetime residential warranty. It's a bit pricy, but seems like the best choice in the long run. Any thoughts/preferences?

I am a professional floor installer and install massive amounts of luxury vinyl plank and tile. It is a great product but you do get what you so be careful of the really cheap stuff. The benefits can be cheap prep work because it can go over most existing floors as well as replacing boards that get damaged.
