value of used lumber and oak flooring??

I have an old building that has to come down. I dont see many ads for good used lumber any more like you used to in the old days. It has old style oak floors in most rooms,,any value there?? How do you 'price' used 2X8's and shiplap sheathing?? All the trim and doors are 60 year old oak also. Just trying to find enough value in salvage to cover my 'dump' fees. Anybody tore anything down lately?? thanks-d-
