Can anybody recommend me to a good contractor around the Cincinnati area that does full rehab on multi family house (8 unit)? Need a free estimate first.
Thanks.

You do realize that estimates can vary WIDELY for contractors, right? Always get at least three bids on every job. Always inspect the work EVERY DAY.

Here's a few specific stories.

Last rehab I hired a tile guy. Went over and inspected after he had ripped out the old tile and was putting in the backer. Some was OK, other parts were installed very poorly. I pulled it down and called him to tell him to re-do it.

My parents hired a guy to build a fence around part of our farm. They travel a lot for business and came home to discover he had bulldozed a wide (100 yard) swath where the fence went.

I had bids on a project to relocate furnace and water heater. Low bid: $1100. High bid: $6700.

Good luck.
