Anyone here having success with fix and flips on the west side of Phx? (glendale, peoria, avondale, surprise, etc etc etc) If so, what are your typical numbers? Are first time home buyers and investors driving the market mostly? PM me, I would love to speak to someone on the phone about this if possible.
